Regarding the treatment and transportation of diseased dog and cats; would allow for the adoption of feline immunodeficiency virus-positive (FIV) cats in the state.

UPDATE: The Kansas Department of Agriculture Animal Health Commissioner issued an order on March 13, 2019 to allow for the adoption of FIV positive cats in the state of Kansas! Read the full press release here.
